Please note that our software is 2021 version, version number starts with the year, then month, then day, i.e 10=2010 02=February 19=19th day. If someone tells you their software starting with 09 is 2010 or 2011 version, that is wrong! There is a “later” version that is updated as 100820b or 08/2010, it is the same software we sell, just messed about with to add languages. We stick with the original software, as it is more stable and prefer to sell a product that works, rather than one which appears to have lots of bells and whistles attached.

Most professional market diagnostics and tuning software is designed around XP or Windows 2000 to ensure reliability on the types of portable computers and workstations professionals use, which almost exclusively use these “no frills” operating systems. If you wish to install in other operating systems, please be aware that it may require some extra computer skill and knowledge.

We have tested and installed our versions of this software in Windows 7 and Windows Vista, on both 32 bit and 64 bit versions. It has been proven 100% reliable and easy to install, if you need advice we can support you. Just drop us an email and we can talk you through each step. Running in Windows 7 on 64 bit makes this interface on a par with the professional Tech 2 that the Main Dealers use, the speed of data transfer is way ahead of “universal” interfaces and even £££ dedicated diagnostic tools.

We supply relevant software to install in Windows XP,Vista and Windows 7 using our drivers, BUT you need to have a reasonable knowledge of your OS to successfully install, we do offer dedicated email support if you get stuck! or we can do it for you!!!!!

We have been told by some Buyers it is possible to install opcom on a mac computer using third party software but is untested by ourselves please contact us for more details.
